Ozark Camping Policies

All camping reservations, at Ozark Outdoors, are subject to the following:

  • Advance payment in full is required to confirm ALL reservations. Until paid in their entirety, all Missouri camping reservations are tentative, and subject to management cancellation, making the services available for other guest use.
  • Cancellation, in part or whole, must be made at least eight (8) days prior to your “scheduled arrival date” in order to receive a refund. Any reduction or cancellation within seven (7) days of your “scheduled arrival date”, in part or in whole, is non-refundable. There will be a $10.00 service fee. effective as of February 20, 2017*
  • Rainchecks will NOT be offered for camping reservations on the Meramec River at Ozark Outdoors.
  • 3:00 PM Begins Check-In for all Missouri camping trip reservations, on the day of your scheduled date of arrival; so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have the site prepared for you. If you go to the site or check-in early, additional fees may be charged—if the site is even available.
  • 11:00 AM or Earlier is Check-Out on the date of your departure. If you wish to stay additional nights, based on availability, please visit the Meramec Mercantile office to pay for the site.
  • Weekend Rates apply AprilSeptember Weekday Rates will be honored most weekends, October – March, when we are open.
  • Late Night Quiet Hours (sites 101-518 & 601-726)—1:00 am – 7:00 am.
  • Family Area Quiet Hours (sites 1101-1307 & 1401-1633)—11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for minor children.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Damages to any Ozark Outdoors property are subject to financial penalty, to be determined by management, and/or followed with prosecution to the full extent of the law.
  • Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equaling $150.00 per diameter inch.
  • Management reserves the right to make site changes or to ask unruly guests to leave.
  • Ozark Outdoors cannot be responsible for guest property loss or damages, natural or unnatural while on our grounds.
  • Under NO circumstances are firearms allowed.
  • Fireworks in designated areas only.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash and kept under control at all times while on Ozark Outdoors property. SEE ALL Pet Policies
  • ATV’s, DIRT BIKES, 4-WHEELERS, GOLF CARTS, ETC ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
  • Campfires contained in fire rings only.
  • Special Event Cancellation–  Cancellation, in part or whole, must be made at least thirty-one (31) days prior to your “scheduled arrival date” in order to receive a refund. Any reduction or cancellation within thirty (30) days of your “scheduled arrival date”, in part or in whole, is non-refundable.
