Campground rules:

1. Most campsites will accommodate approximately 15 - 18 people. (please call for specific information) Minimums on multiple campsites are:
Late Night Area - 5 adults per site.
Family Area - 10 adults per site.

2. 100% advance payment required.

3. Campsites reserved without payment may be subject to change.

4. All camper and visitors must check in at the office before entering the campground.

5. Cancellation Policy: cancellations and or changes must be made at least 7 days in advance of your reservation. No refunds will be issued without 7 days advance notice.

6. Swimming Pool, 4 professional size volleyball & horseshoe pits available throughout campgrounds.

7. No Rainchecks or refunds on camping.

8. Anyone not willing to comply with our rules will be asked to pack and leave immediately.

9. Quiet Hours: 2:00am to 7:00 am Sites 101- 518; 11:00 pm to 7:00am sites 601 - 1520 including cabins and motel.

10. Pool hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

11. No loud radios, loud talking, barking dogs, or loud noises of any kind. If loud noise becomes a continual problem you will be ask to turn it off.

12. All dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.

13. Campfires only in fire rings provided at each campsite. Exercise extreme caution with fires and extinguish before departing.

14. No ATV's, 4-wheelers, or dirt bikes allowed.

15. No firearms or fireworks allowed.

16. Five (5) MPH speed limit in campground, NO EXCEPTIONS.

17. Do not cut, mar or damage trees. Violators will be fined $150.00 per diameter inch.

18. Enjoy our natural surroundings, then leave them for others. Always leave your campsite clean.

19. No driving on gravel bars or resort beach areas.

20. Absolutely no refunds or rain-checks on campsites.

21. Night watchman on duty Friday and Saturday nights. Late arrivals check in with him. Please setup camps as quickly and quietly as possible.

22. Please be courteous to your fellow campers

23. No vehicles on resort beach areas.

24. This campground is subject to flash flooding. At times it is necessary to vacate the campground. The continuous horn sounding of a vehicle indicates you must vacate the campground immediately.

25. All vehicles must be parked and remain parked after 11:00 pm.

26. Illegal drug use is not condoned. Open usage may lead to arrest and prosecution.

27. All trash must be disposed of in proper containers.

28. Generators are not allowed.

29. No electrical cords can be ran from electrical sites to none electrical sites, with out permission and services being paid in full.

30. Car pass and camping receipt must be kept displayed and readily accessible for conformation by campground security.

31. Please Note: The Crawford County Sheriff's Department and The Missouri State Water Patrol make periodic unscheduled patrols of campground.

32. Please Note: The streams are patrolled by The Missouri State Water Patrol.

33. Management reserves the right to evict persons for non-compliance with the above rules.

Pool Rules

34. Pool Hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

35. No Lifeguard no duty.

36. No Glass, pets, running or diving.

37. No children under 12 years old allowed without parental supervision.

38. High-water / Flood Policy - If the determination is made by State Officials or the management of Ozark Outdoors / Keyes Canoe Rental, Inc. that the river levels are beyond safe canoeing or rafting standards use, a credit certificate will be issued for the amount of your payment. (No Refunds)

39. We reserve the right to change your campsites or lodging units assignment if necessary.



Canoes, Rafts, Tubes, Kayaks

Floating Policies: All prices include transportation and hauling of you, your gear, water craft, paddles, trash bags. seat cushions and Coast Guard approved life jackets (upon request). Shuttle service for privately owned crafts also available -- please call for details. No 100 quart or higher coolers or kegs allowed in our boats or vehicles.

Cancellation: If your trip must be cancelled or the number of canoes / rafts is reduced, let us know (7) seven days in advance and the deposit will be refunded. If you have canoes or rafts reserved for Saturday and/or Sunday, you must let us know of any changes by 10:00 am on the Saturday or Sunday prior to your scheduled float trip. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Raincheck: If it is raining at Keyes Canoe Rental, Inc. on the morning of the float and is still raining at 12 noon you will be issued a rain check for the date of your choice, based upon availability. If the rain stops before 12 noon, no rainchecks will be issued.

Highwater/Flood Policy: If the determination is made by state officials or the management that river levels are beyond safe canoeing or rafting standards of use, a credit certificate will be issued in the amount of your payment (no refunds). In most situations, the remainder of the reservation (catering, lodging, and camping) should not be affected by flood conditions and will be honored.

We require advance payment in full to confirm all reservations.

Liability Waiver: Any and all responsible persons will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks and responsibilities in participating in a river trip in a natural setting.
